I was torn between "so-so" and "pretty good", but ended up picking so-so by a hair. The whole design isn't all that bad, there' just some jaggedness in the avatar that makes the focus (I'm guessing your name) unclear. Your name is in a bad color for the picture, it just ends up blending in with the bottom portion of the sig. It also wouldn't hurt to make a border around the text of your name to make it clear. That's not really my large gripe with it, though. What gets me is the 2 Sonic's. Why not just 1? I'm not sure if there's some point to having 2, but if there isn't any, I'd get rid of one if I was you. It kinda gives the picture an akward flow when I look at it, and I'll venture to guess that it's not just me. Overall, good job, just not perfect yet.
